My approach to Personal Branding is underpinned by what I describe as our Inner Brand: values, beliefs, personal integrity, etc. And our Outer Brand: communication, body language, appearance and demeanour.
Those who are thought of as having strong positive Personal Brands, are often considered as someone with credibility, having gravitas, being authentic and knowledgeable. It’s as if their reputation precedes them. They are highly aware of their brand promise. Moreover, they’ve developed a brand that expresses itself as resilient, helpful, focused and energised.
I’m of the belief that everyone has the wherewithal to convey a meaningful Personal Brand. A brand that accurately and authentically represents who they are. In essence, my work centres on helping people to express the best of who they are on the inside, on the outside.
